As a lull in good surf and an increase of homework swept over me, I decided shaping an alaia (which is basically a door which one surfs finless) would be a fun project. Expect a full DIY guide to come, as well as video of surfing the beast!

Inspiration
I guess the best way to open up a blog is to explain why the blog is being made, so here it goes. My name is Grant Warden, I am a high school student and an avid surfer from San Diego, California. My main inspiration for making this blog was the amazing stuff I found on Korduroy TV . I hope that through this blog I can help educate, review products, and display photo and video about the Southern California surf culture.
